No — I can build programs for a full commercial gym, a home setup with basic equipment, or even bodyweight only. Just let me know what you have access to on the intake form.
How does online coaching actually work? +
Your training program is delivered through the Trainerize app on your phone — step-by-step exercises with video demos, session logging, and direct messaging. Your meal plan is delivered as a ready-to-use weekly planner you can follow straight away.
How long before I see results? +
Most clients notice a difference in how they feel and perform within 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically appear from week 4–6 onwards depending on consistency, starting point, and goal.
What if I travel or get sick? +
Life happens. Just let me know and I'll adjust your program for whatever situation you're in — hotel room workouts, reduced schedule, or a temporary pause. You can pause your program for up to 2 weeks per 12-week block.
Is there a lock-in contract? +
No lock-in. You can cancel anytime with 7 days notice. I'd rather earn your commitment through results than trap you in a contract.
Can you cater for dietary requirements? +
Yes — I can build meal plans around gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan, halal, and most other requirements. Just flag it on your intake form and I'll handle it.
